Cherry Coffee is based in the Midlands, UK and was founded by Tom and Mark, two family members. Tom is a specialty coffee barista who missed sharing and talking about delicious coffee with people everyday. Mark is a sustainability expert who just loves drinking coffee. We select beautiful beans from around the world with a focus on natural process. This is a much less water intensive production method which also brings out exciting flavours and juicy acidities in the coffee. We roast our beans carefully, ranging from light to medium to highlight and accentuate the best properties the coffee has to offer.

Another coffee from Africa available from Cherry. Ethiopian varietials have often been favourites of mine over the years. Often bringing floral, fruity and citrus tones to the cup. With this beauty you can expect a gentle citrus crispness with floral honey sweetness, peach and plum notes and a medium body.
